Roofs covered with felt felt lose their tightness over time and begin to leak. The reason for this may be their degradation under the influence of atmospheric factors or incorrect workmanship. Leaks are usually difficult to locate because the water may enter in a completely different place than it later leaves. Instead of applying subsequent layers of roofing felt, which will not necessarily solve our problem, we can use waterproof membranes that can be easily applied using a regular paint roller or spray. In this way, we create a uniform coating on the roof, without any joints through which water could leak. The coatings we offer are resistant to a wide range of temperatures and are very flexible, so they work together with the roof and do not crack. Additionally, they are resistant to water stagnation, which is very important if the slopes are incorrectly routed and puddles form.

Neoproof Polyurea – an innovative polyurea system for cold application with a roller.

Sprayed polyurea is a popular system for sealing flat roofs, but it is very troublesome. You need to have the right equipment, which is very expensive, and a good team. Ultimately, the price of 1 m 2 is very high. Additionally, it is not a UV-resistant coating and must be additionally protected against solar radiation.

Our innovative polyurea coatings from the Neoproof Polyurea . They can be applied with a roller or brush. These are two-component products, but unlike traditional polyureas, their working time is much longer. Depending on the variant, it ranges from 80 to 100 minutes (at a temperature of +23°C). Their base is aliphatic resins, which means they are resistant to solar radiation and do not require any additional topcoats. Durability is a minimum of 20 years and a maximum of 30 years!

The undoubted advantage of these products is the resistance of the coating to early rainfall, as shown in the video below. Depending on the product, rain may fall after:

Neoroof – lower the temperature on the roof!

Roofs covered with roofing felt get very hot, which means that the rooms underneath can also become warm. This translates directly into air conditioning costs, and may be particularly important if there is a cold store under such a roof. the white Neoroof coating, The product is certified for reflecting sunlight - it reflects as much as 88% of the radiation falling on the roof. The product hardens under the influence of UV radiation, so we do not recommend using it on shaded roofs.

Neoproof PU W-40

A coating very similar to Neoroof , but with higher resistance to possible foot traffic on the roof. It hardens by evaporation and does not require solar radiation. It retains its flexibility in a larger temperature range, down to -40°C.

Depending on the substrate, Neoroof and Neoproof PU W-40 are used with the appropriate primer:

All the above-mentioned systems can be additionally reinforced with a mesh:

The mesh must be used on cracks larger than 1.5 mm and on joints between various substrates, e.g. roofing felt with sheet metal flashings.
