Neodur FT Elastic is a flexible polyurea resin that can be used on a terrace or balcony. Using this resin, you will obtain a coating in a uniform, gray color that is resistant to water, UV radiation and changing weather conditions. It is a quick-drying system. After applying the primer, we start applying the first layer of resin. After 5 hours you can apply a second layer. Neodur Special  is a two-component resin polyurethane terrace floor . Fully resistant to UV radiation and changing weather conditions. It is an excellent choice for economical protection of balcony slabs against water. Creates a smooth, glossy coating. It can also be used with quartz sand, which gives an anti-slip effect. Cement waterproofing is a powdered product that, when mixed with water, forms a mortar. Regardless of the type of deck, epoxy resin can be a great choice if planned properly.  Choosing an epoxy primer , which often has a specific purpose, such as cutting off moisture in the event of capillary rise or simply damp concrete, will be the ideal solution if this phenomenon occurs. In the case of terraces with a lot of sunlight , it is necessary to cover the epoxy with a layer of resin resistant to UV rays - polyurethane (resin in a specific color) or polyurea (resin in a specific color). It is also worth noting that the epoxy resin usually requires a minimum of 12 degrees Celsius during the application process, which, including hardening, lasts 7 days.

Epoxy resin is perfect for indoor terraces that do not get much sunlight. For outdoor decking, remember that epoxy is a resin that is not resistant to UV rays, so it may turn yellow or chalk. Therefore, it can be used as an intermediate layer (e.g. Epoxol Floor - to obtain a mirror effect) or as a primer in the case of epoxy primers. When choosing epoxy resin as an intermediate layer, remember about the topcoat - the so-called topcoat that will be resistant to UV rays - it can be, for example, polyurethane resin for a Neodur Special , dyed in colors from the RAL palette, if a specific color is important in the planned implementation.
