Additionally, we will incur higher costs because, apart from the price of the products themselves, we will also have expenses related to cleaning works. Underlays for concrete substrates

If we are afraid that rain may fall after applying the primer in a relatively short time, it is worth choosing the quick-drying polyurea primer Neodur Fast Track PR . Due to the short polymerization time, this product is resistant to rain after about 2 hours after application. This property also allows you to apply another layer of the balcony and terrace system after 2-3 hours.

If we do not have time to protect the concrete substrate against precipitation and the surface is already wet, there is no need to incur high costs to bring the concrete to a humidity level of 4%. , Neopox Primer WS comes to our rescue - an epoxy primer for use on damp concrete substrates (humidity below 100%!). In short, after rainfall, simply remove the water with a mop and a cloth, and then you can easily start priming the surface.

Another advantage of Neopox Primer WS is its versatility. When mixed with fine quartz sand, a leveling mortar can be created. At 20 °C, this product becomes rain-resistant after just 2 hours.

Waterproofing products

Balconies and terraces are difficult surfaces to protect due to the fact that they combine the features of both roofs (need for waterproofing) and floors (need for abrasion resistance).
