Neopox Primer BM is a specially formulated epoxy primer for all bituminous substrates, especially bituminous felts with or without grit.
It provides an excellent bonding agent for solvent-based waterproofing membranes such as Neoroof Polyurea R and Neoroof Polyurea C1.

Mix components A and B in the appropriate proportion by weight for 3 to 5 minutes with a low-speed mechanical mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then apply in a single layer using a roller or brush.
