We have organized conferences in more than a dozen Polish cities and continue this series. We share our knowledge of specialized construction chemicals with representatives of housing cooperatives and communities, property managers, swimming pool managers, and industrial halls and plants.
As a distributor and technical partner, we help you understand when it is worth using a given solution, what requirements the substrate must meet, and what to pay attention to when preparing an investment.

Before participating
Frequently asked questions.
Who can participate?
Our conferences are aimed at representatives of housing cooperatives and communities, property managers, swimming pool operators, and industrial facilities. Choose a meeting whose topics meet the needs of your organization.
How do I register and how many people can I register?
Registration is via the form included in the invitation. You can register a maximum of two people from one cooperative or company. Space is limited, and acceptance is based on a first-come, first-served basis. For registration information, please contact szkolenia@trokentech.pl.
Is participation free?
Participation in conferences is free for property managers and representatives of cooperatives and housing communities. Terms and conditions of participation can also be found in the event invitation.
Where do the meetings take place and when do you announce the dates?
We organize conferences in various Polish cities, in hotel conference rooms in central locations. Dates are announced at least one month in advance. Addresses and travel details are provided in the invitation.
How long does the conference last and what is the program like?
Meetings are one-day events and typically last up to four hours. The program includes thematic blocks tailored to the type of venue, time for questions, and a coffee break. A detailed schedule will be provided along with event information.
Will I receive materials and a certificate?
Participants receive free thematic materials and a personalized certificate confirming their participation in the conference.
Can I consult a problem regarding my property?
Yes. During the event, advisors will answer questions and discuss the planned work with participants. You can also schedule a follow-up consultation or arrange a site visit.
Do you provide refreshments?
Yes. Drinks and sweet and savory snacks are available during the coffee break. This is also a time to chat with advisors and other participants.
What should I do if I can't come?
Please inform us in advance of your cancellation by emailing szkolenia@trokentech.pl. This will allow us to offer a spot to someone from the reserve list. There is no fee for canceling a free event.
