Neodur Polyurea M is a transparent, aliphatic polyurea resin for creating putty and mortar, filling gaps in concrete and marble surfaces. It offers high mechanical and UV resistance and does not yellow in sunlight. The putty (mortar) can be created by adding 2-3 parts by weight of quartz sand, quartz dust, or marble dust.
Substrate preparation: clean from dust, loose particles, oils and grease. The substrate must be dry (humidity). Priming: in the case of application on concrete, the cleaned substrate should be primed with Neodur Polyurea M diluted 60% with Neotex PU 0413 solvent . Theoretical consumption will be approximately 0.1-0.12 kg/m2 . When applying on marble, priming is not required. The putty can be applied 1-2 hours after applying the primer. Application: after combining components A and B in the appropriate proportions, add aggregate ( fine quartz sand , quartz dust or marble dust) to the mixture - 1 part resin : 2-2.5 parts aggregate (by weight). Combine the resin in small portions due to the short pot life of the mixture. Mix until a uniform mass is obtained. Apply to the substrate, spreading it with a spatula and carefully filling the gaps.
