NEODUR FT ELASTIC flexible resin for the balcony

Neodur FT Elastic is a modern, quick-drying, flexible flooring system. Based on aliphatic polyurea resins, it is fully resistant to atmospheric factors, including solar radiation. Creates a waterproofing coating resistant to pedestrian and car traffic. It can be used as a closing layer on flat roofs intended for parking lots. Can be used as a finishing coat for aromatic (non-UV resistant) waterproofing coatings. The technological interval between subsequent layers is only 4 hours, which allows the work to be completed very quickly. A two-component product, the given price and weight refer to the set of ingredients.

Neodur Fast Track PR - quick-drying polyurea primer, a basic solution for dry, seasoned concrete that is well insulated from the ground.
Neopox Primer WS - epoxy primer for damp concrete substrates, provided that the moisture came from above (e.g. frequent cleaning procedures, rainfall every other day, inability to dry the substrate).

Epoxol Putty epoxy putty . Do not fill expansion joints with it! After the last layer of Neodur FT Elastic has dried, fill the expansion joints with the elastic polyurethane mass Neotex PU Joint.

ANTI-SLIP EFFECT

The anti-slip effect can be obtained by using the Neotex Antiskid M . To do this, apply the first two layers in accordance with the description and theoretical material consumption given above. Then we prepare the mixture for the third layer. Add 3% (by weight) of the Antiskid M and mix thoroughly so that the additive is evenly distributed. Apply with a roller, pressing it to the substrate so as to leave less material than in the first and second layers. Theoretical consumption for the third layer should be approximately 150 grams/m ² . This way we obtain a coating with a slip index of 49 on the PTV scale, which means that the risk of slipping is very low. This is the equivalent of class R11 according to the German standard DIN 51130. Note! Neotex Antiskid M should not be added to the second layer of the product. This will negatively affect the waterproofing properties of the final coating, and moreover, we will not obtain anti-slip properties - the additive will sink into the thick layer.
