Neodur FT Elastic is a modern, fast-drying, flexible flooring system. Based on aliphatic polyurea resins, it is fully resistant to weather conditions, including sunlight. It creates a waterproof coating resistant to pedestrian and vehicle traffic. It can be used as a sealing layer on flat roofs intended for parking lots. It can be used as a finishing coat for aromatic (not UV-resistant) waterproofing coatings. The technological interval between subsequent layers is only 4 hours, allowing for very fast completion. Systemic lands

Neodur Fast Track PR – a fast-drying polyurea primer, the basic solution for dry, seasoned concrete that is well insulated from the ground.
Neopox Primer WS – an epoxy primer for damp concrete substrates, provided that moisture has entered from above (e.g., frequent cleaning, rainfall every other day, or inability to completely dry the substrate).
Neopox Primer AY – an epoxy primer for substrates poorly insulated from the ground, where moisture rises by capillary action.

Epoxol Putty epoxy filler . Do not use it to fill expansion joints! After the last layer of Neodur FT Elastic has dried, fill the joints with Neotex PU Joint flexible polyurethane filler.

ANTI-SLIP EFFECT

An anti-slip effect can be achieved using the Neotex Antiskid M . To achieve this, apply the first two layers according to the description and theoretical consumption given above. Then, prepare the mixture for the third layer. Add 1.5-2.5% (by weight) of Antiskid M and mix thoroughly to distribute the additive evenly. Apply with a roller, pressing it into the substrate so that less material is left than in the first and second layers. Theoretical consumption for the third layer should be approximately 150 grams/m² ^. This results in a coating with a slip index of 49 on the PTV scale, meaning the risk of slipping is very low. This is equivalent to class R11 according to the German standard DIN 51130. Note: Neotex Antiskid M should not be added to the second layer of the product. This will negatively affect the waterproofing properties of the final coating, and we will not achieve anti-slip properties - the additive will sink into the thick layer.
