EMULSOL RN-1 degreasing agent
Emulsol RN-1 is a concentrated preparation for degreasing before painting steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, galvanized steel, plastics, etc.
Emulsol RN-1 - properties
- Viscous, clear liquid, light straw to amber in color,
- It is a mixture of non-ionic surfactants with the addition of a corrosion inhibitor,
- Effectively removes fats, oils and other dirt,
- High efficiency - a 0.5l package allows you to clean up to 50m2 of surface (depending on the degree of dirt),
- It is biodegradable,
- It has a PZH certificate - intended for professional use in construction and industry for washing and degreasing before painting metal surfaces that do not come into direct contact with food and water intended for consumption.
Destiny
- For degreasing before painting steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, galvanized steel, plastics, etc.,
- For cleaning painted surfaces before renovation painting.
Use
- A 2-3% solution is used (0.5 l of the preparation per 16-25 l of water - preferably warm),
- The preparation can be applied manually (brush, brush, mop or rag), by shower (high-pressure washers), by immersion (tubs with circulating baths, ultrasonic cleaners),
- After washing the surfaces, it is beneficial to rinse them with clean water.
