EMULSOL RN-1 degreasing agent
Emulsol RN-1 is a concentrated preparation for degreasing steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, galvanized steel, plastics, etc. before painting.
Emulsol RN-1 - properties
- A viscous, clear liquid, light straw to amber in color,
- It is a mixture of non-ionic surfactants with the addition of a corrosion inhibitor,
- Effectively removes fats, oils and other dirt,
- High efficiency - 0.5l packaging allows you to clean up to 50m2of surface (depending on the degree of dirt),
- It is biodegradable,
- It has a PZH certificate - intended for professional use in construction and industry for cleaning and degreasing metal surfaces that do not come into direct contact with food and drinking water before painting.
Destiny
- For degreasing steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, galvanized steel, plastics, etc. before painting
- For cleaning painted surfaces before renovation painting.
Use
- A 2-3% solution is used (0.5l of the preparation per 16-25l of water – preferably warm),
- The preparation can be applied manually (brush, brush, mop or rag), by spraying (high-pressure washers), by immersion (baths with bath circulation, ultrasonic washers),
- After cleaning the surfaces, it is beneficial to rinse them with clean water.
