Neopox W Plus is an easily washable epoxy paint , resistant to water, alkalis, detergents, diluted acids and solvents. Additionally, the coating after full hardening has very good abrasion resistance parameters. How to apply Neopox W Plus washable paint

1. Substrate preparation:

If the concrete on the floor has been freshly poured or there is new plaster on the walls, you should wait 28 days before painting such surfaces.
The substrate should be clean and free from dust, oil and grease.

2. Priming:

Before application, each substrate must be properly primed:

Concrete and mineral substrates - water-soluble epoxy primer Acqua Primer .

Dilute Acqua Primer 5-10% with water and apply one layer by spraying, brushing or rollering. If the absorbency of the substrate is high, two layers can be applied. Acqua Primer can be applied to damp substrates.

Tiles or very smooth, non-porous, polished concrete - Super Binder adhesive primer RO3333 .

3. Application of waterproof Neopox W Plus paint

After the Neopox W Plus primer has dried, apply it with a roller or brush. The product is diluted 10-15% with tap water. Application in two layers 24 hours apart (this time may vary depending on the temperature, all information is included in the product's technical data sheet ). fully harden after 7 days .

What should you pay attention to when painting walls or floors?

Low temperature and high air humidity during application extend the drying time.
Substrates previously painted with epoxy paints should be sanded before applying Neopox W Plus paint to ensure good adhesion.
The second layer should be applied within 2 days of applying the first one. Otherwise, the coating must be sanded.
