Cement waterproofing under tiles
Cementitious waterproofing is an excellent and economical solution for use under tiles, in underground building sections, or for tanks. It creates durable, flexible coatings that bridge cracks. We offer the following solutions:
Neopress Crystal – a cementitious waterproofing mass that penetrates concrete substrates. It reacts with moisture to form insoluble crystals that fill and seal pores and fine cracks. It remains reactive indefinitely, should water enter the partition in the future. It can be used as waterproofing for tanks permanently filled with process water. It is resistant to negative water pressure.
Revinex – an additive that improves the properties and water resistance of cement-based mixtures. A 15% Revinex addition (by weight of cement) reduces mixing water by 25%. An 11mm thick mortar, made in a ratio of 1 part cement to 3 parts sand, with the addition of ~7.5 liters of Revinex per 50 kg of cement, was subjected to the pressure of a 30-meter column of water for 10 weeks, achieving complete watertightness in the test.

- Priming
It strengthens cement mortars and can be used as a primer for water-based paint coatings, for repairing concrete structures or strengthening tile adhesives.
Cement waterproofing - what can it be used for?
keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_upCement-based waterproofing mortars are widely used in construction. They are used for waterproofing foundations, applied to balconies and terraces as waterproofing under tiles, and as a waterproofing layer in tanks. Some are also used as a bonding agent for old and new concrete.
Crystalline sealing mortar - what are its characteristics?
keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_upNeopress Crystal crystalline sealing mortar penetrates the substrate and reacts with moisture, creating insoluble crystals that seal the pores in the concrete. This ensures complete watertightness. Importantly, the mortar remains reactive, meaning that if water enters the substrate in the future, it will continue to react with it. The layer is also resistant to negative hydrostatic pressure.
What does a concrete sealing additive do?
keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_upRevinex cement additive is a product specifically designed to improve the properties of cement-based mortars. It has a number of properties, including reducing mixing water by up to 25% and improving water resistance. It can also be used as a primer for water-based paints and as a reinforcing additive for tile adhesives.
