NEODUR SPECIAL flooring resin in many colors

Neodur Special is a two-component polyurethane resin, perfect for protecting interior and exterior floors. It can also be used for painting and renovating polyester, wooden, and metal boats. It is resistant to weather conditions and UV radiation. Available in a full range of RAL colors. The resin creates a glossy coating, making it very easy to keep clean.

The color is always tinted specifically to the customer's order, so we do not ship this product cash on delivery. Payment can be made via PayU or by traditional bank transfer at checkout.

Neodur Special - application

• Warehouse ramps, garages, terraces
• Polyester, wooden, steel boats (elements located both below and above the waterline)
• Metal structures

• All places where an aesthetic, resistant and easy-to-clean floor finish is required

Systemic primers

CONCRETE: Apply Epoxol Primer diluted 10-15% with
Neotex 1021 FRESH OR DAMP CONCRETE: Use Neopox Primer WS . The concrete must be at least 2 weeks old. Moisture in the concrete must not be the result of capillary moisture rising from the ground, but, for example, from rainfall or frequent cleaning and inability to dry the substrate completely.
TILES, GLOSS-POLISHED CONCRETE: For non-absorbent substrates, use Super Spoiwo RO3333 .
METAL SUBSTRATES: Apply one coat of Neopox Primer 815 diluted 5% with Neotex 1021 to protect against corrosion.
POLYESTER AND WOOD: The substrate should be rough (not smooth), level, free of dust, dirt, grease, and oily substances. Apply one coat of Neodur Special diluted 8% with PU 0413 thinner . Dilute the second coat 4-8%. If a third coat is necessary, dilute it 4%. Each applied layer of Neodur Special should be additionally diluted 5-10% with Neotex PU 0413 system thinner .

Neodur Special - properties/advantages

• UV-resistant, non-yellowing, not affected by sunlight or weather conditions,
• Very good resistance to abrasion and mechanical loads,
• High chemical resistance (diluted acids, alkalis, car oil, gasoline, etc.).
• A very wide range of colors!

Additional application variants

• Anti-slip coating - primer + first layer of resin wet-sprinkled with quartz sand + finishing the system with a second layer of Neodur Special (note! Paint consumption will be higher when applied over sand than on a smooth surface). The amount of sand depends on the desired effect.
• You can also use decorative flakes (to be sprinkled wet on the last layer).
• If you want to achieve a matte effect, you can apply Neodur Varnish polyurethane floor varnish as a finishing layer.
