NEODUR PRIMER SF solvent-free quick-drying primer
Neodur Primer SF is a fast-drying, solvent-free hybrid primer (polyurethane-polyurea). It allows for subsequent topcoats to be applied in just 3 hours, significantly reducing working time—standard epoxy primers require a 24-hour break. It is solvent-free, making it low-odor and suitable for indoor use.
Neodur Primer SF - applications:
Floors in factories, shops, warehouses, garages, slaughterhouses, hospitals, and anywhere solvent vapors are undesirable. It provides high mechanical and chemical resistance and excellent adhesion. It dries and bonds quickly, allowing the topcoat to be applied after just 3 hours (e.g., Neodur Fast Track SF or epoxy floors).
Neodur Primer SF - sample topcoat resins:
- Neodur Fast Track SF – a solvent-free, fast-drying polyurea flooring resin. Apply two coats, spaced 3 hours apart, allowing the job to be completed in one day and ready for use the next day.
- Epoxol Floor - self-leveling epoxy resin, layer thickness from 1 to 3mm. Certified for food contact.
Neodur Primer SF - properties:
- Solvent-free, can be successfully used indoors (low odor)
- Polymerizes quickly and dries quickly (3 hours at 25°C)
