Appropriate protection for swimming pools, ponds and other reservoirs is a key issue to ensure their long-term durability and aesthetics. Neodur Pool is a two-component, solvent-based polyurethane resin, containing UV filters, suitable for waterproofing and painting concrete, metal and polyester .

The color is each time dyed specifically to the customer's order, therefore we do not send this product on delivery. When summarizing the order, you can pay via PayU or traditional transfer.

The most important information about Neodur Pool pool resin:

• Contains UV filters - creates a coating resistant to UV radiation and weather conditions, has exceptional resistance to yellowing,

• Excellent resistance to abrasion and mechanical stress - adheres and covers very well,

• Creates a waterproofing coating resistant to alkalis and diluted acids, petroleum products, fresh and sea water and many solvents,

• Highly resistant to chlorinated chemicals used in swimming pools,

• Surfaces require appropriate preparation and priming before application,

• Resistant to a wide temperature range from -30°C to +80°C,

• Suitable for creating external anti-slip floors (e.g. on the edges of swimming pools or stairs) by filling with quartz sand or using an anti-slip additive,

• It can be colored on request with colors from the RAL and/or NCS color palette .

Neodur Pool pool coating is one of the most durable and resistant paints available on the market. Due to their composition, chlorinated rubber and acrylic paints do not provide as effective and long-lasting protection for swimming pools or tanks as the polyurethane resin paint Neodur Pool.

Paint for various elements

Neodur Pool is a universal product that can be used to protect various types of elements working under immersion.

The product allows you to protect and seal concrete, metal and polyester swimming pools!
Importantly, the use of Neodur Pool pool paint does not end only with swimming pools!
You can also use it as a paint to protect ponds, boats or technical water tanks.

You will use it for painting and waterproofing:

• indoor and outdoor swimming pools,

• tanks,

• fountains,

• boat,

• metal substrates,

• ponds.

Neodur Pool - Certificates/Test reports

• CE certificate according to EN 1504-2,

• Certificate of Conformity No. 1922-CPR-0386,

• Report on tests carried out by the independent external quality control laboratory Geoterra (No. 2023/702_6)

• Meets the requirements for VOC content in accordance with EU Directive 2004/42/CE

Neodur Pool - application on various substrates:

• Each surface to which Neodur Pool resin will be applied requires appropriate preparation and priming

• Damp or fresh concrete (minimum 2 weeks): Neopox Primer WS on damp substrates , then apply two layers of paint,

• Concrete that absorbs moisture from the ground (no insulation or incorrect insulation): Neopox Primer AY,
  

• Metal: the surface should be primed with one layer of Neopox Primer 815 , diluted 8-10% with Neotex 1021 . Degrease the surface with Emulsol RN-1 ,

• Wood and polyester: the substrate should be sanded (not smooth). Subsequent layers should be diluted as in the case of painting concrete,

• Tiles: use RO3333 and then apply two layers of paint.

The painted surface should be clean, dry and dust-free. Concrete should be seasoned for 28 days. Neodur Pool is a two-component paint (the price is for the set, i.e. base with hardener).

Selected properties:

• Consumption: 125-165 gr/m2 for one layer

• Finish: gloss

• Color : selected from the RAL and NCS palette

How does polyurethane swimming pool coating work?

By using a specialized resin coating for swimming pools, we will perfectly seal the concrete substrate, prevent leaks and create an aesthetic effect. Thanks to the use of Neodur Pool, you can comprehensively take care of the pool area and the pool surroundings, e.g. by creating an anti-slip coating around the pool that resembles a sandy beach. We offer packages with a total capacity of 5.5 kg and 11 kg. Please remember that this is a two-component paint and before application you must combine component A and component B.
