NEODUR FAST TRACK SF fast-drying flooring resin

Neodur Fast Track SF is a high-build, solvent-free floor coating. It can be used outdoors and also easily indoors, thanks to its solvent-free formula and low odor (the "SF" in the name stands for "solvent-free"). Quick-drying and fast-setting, the entire system (primer + two coats) can be applied within 9 hours (+25°C). It can be applied in a single, thick coat, reducing application time by another 4 hours!

Features/advantages

• Neodur Fast Track SF can be applied in one layer under light loads when the substrate is smooth and properly prepared (indoors, always apply two layers outdoors).
• It can be applied in one thick layer using a trowel/squeegee. This method achieves a coating as thick in one application as if applied in two separate layers.
• Created on the basis of a purely aliphatic resin containing UV filters, resistant to sunlight and changing weather conditions.
• It hardens quickly and is no longer sticky after 3 hours, allowing you to complete most projects within 1 day.
• It can be applied in colder conditions if required, as it dries even at temperatures as low as -10°C. In this case, the pot life and curing time of the mixture will vary significantly depending on the prevailing atmospheric conditions.
• Provides high resistance to abrasion and mechanical loads.
• It has high chemical resistance to diluted acids, alkalis, car oils, gasoline (the full chemical resistance table can be found in the technical data sheet).

Systemic land

Neodur Fast Track PR – concrete, porous, 28-day cured, dry – fast-drying polyurea primer, can be repainted after 2 hours. Note: This primer is solvent-based. If you want a low-odor system, choose the solvent-free Neodur Primer SF or one of the epoxy primers below (this will extend the application time by 24 hours).

Neopox Primer WS – use for fresh concrete (min. 2 weeks old) or wet concrete due to e.g. frequent rainfall (substrate moisture content above 4%).

Neopox Primer AY – apply to concrete cured for 28 days, when it is poorly isolated from the ground and capillary moisture is rising.

RO3333 - primer for tiles and glossy polished concrete. Special adhesive primer for non-porous substrates.
