NEODUR FAST TRACK SF quick-drying flooring resin

Neodur Fast Track SF is a high-build, solvent-free floor coating. It can be used outdoors, but also without problems indoors, due to the lack of solvents in the composition and low odor ("SF" in the name from the English "solvent free"). Quick-drying and quick-setting, the entire system (base + two layers) can be applied within 9 hours (+25°C). It can be applied in one thick layer, thanks to which the application time can be shortened by another 4 hours!

Features/advantages

• Neodur Fast Track SF can be applied in one coat under light loads when the substrate is smooth and properly prepared (indoors, outdoors always apply two coats).
• It can be applied in one, thick layer using a trowel/squeegee. In this way, we obtain a coating as thick as when applying two separate layers.
• Created on the basis of a purely aliphatic resin containing UV filters, resistant to sunlight and changing weather conditions.
• It cures quickly and is no longer sticky after 3 hours, allowing most projects to be completed within 1 day.
• It can be applied in colder conditions if required as it dries even at low temperatures down to -10°C. In such a case, the shelf life of the mixture for use and hardening changes significantly, depending on the prevailing weather conditions.
• Provides high resistance to abrasion and mechanical loads.
• It has high chemical resistance to diluted acids, alkalis, car oils and gasoline (the full chemical resistance table can be found in the technical data sheet).

Systemic lands

Neodur Fast Track PR - concrete, porous, seasoned for 28 days, dry - quick-drying polyurea primer, can be repainted after 2 hours. Attention! the primer is solvent-based. If you want the entire system to be odorless, choose the solvent-free polyurea primer Neodur Primer SF or one of the following epoxy primers (this will extend the application time by 24 hours).

Neopox Primer WS – use in the case of fresh concrete (at least 2 weeks old) or wet concrete due to e.g. frequent rainfall (substrate humidity above 4%).

Neopox Primer AY - use on concrete cured for 28 days, when it is poorly insulated from the ground and capillary rising of moisture occurs.

RO3333 - primer for glossy polished tiles and concrete. Special adhesive primer for non-porous substrates.
