TELPUR T 300 industrial polyurethane enamel
Telpur T 300 is an industrial polyurethane enamel with a high-gloss finish. Despite its glossy finish, the paint can be successfully applied using an airless sprayer – the coating does not gasify or form craters. Thanks to the long open time of the coating, the paint mist has a chance to blend into the coating, creating a highly aesthetic finish. It is also available in a matte finish. The color is custom-made for each customer, so we do not ship this product cash on delivery. Payment can be made via PayU or by traditional bank transfer at checkout.
Telpur T 300 - available packaging, colors
Telpur T 300 is available in a matte (11 kg pack) or glossy (9.5 kg pack) finish. The price and package size are for the complete set (base + hardener). Sample prices and available colors are visible on the website. If you require a different color from the RAL palette, please contact us at biuro@trokentech.pl and we will quote a price for you. Check the RAL color chart . RAL9006 and RAL9007 are metallic colors (light and dark aluminum).
Telpur T 300 - properties and applications
The paint can be applied as a topcoat wherever high demands are placed on harsh conditions and in a variety of environments. The coating is weather-resistant, non-yellowing, and non-chalking. It is also resistant to many chemicals, moisture, and mechanical wear.

The paint can be used both indoors and outdoors, in areas with high corrosive loads, such as chemical plants, rolling mills, industrial zones, trains, machine parts, pipes, sheet metal and steel structures.

Mixing ratio
The paint is a two-component product. The components—base and hardener—must be mixed together in the correct proportions before painting. Curing ratio:
- Gloss: Telpur T 300 base - 8 parts by weight : Telhard PUR hardener - 1.5 parts by weight.
- Mat: Telpur T 300 base - 10 parts by weight: Telhard PUR hardener - 1 part by weight.
The paint/hardener mixture should be used within 4 hours (20°C)
Painting
Example system built with Telpur T 300 topcoat:
- Telpox PM 150 or Telpox P 100 epoxy iron mica primer . Use the product according to its technical data sheet.
- Apply 2-3 coats of Telpur T 300 topcoat, leaving a 24-hour (20°C) interval between coats.
