Painting lines on traffic routes helps organize traffic and ensure user safety. These lines can be designed in several ways, depending on the traffic load they will be exposed to, the time available for their construction, and the budget planned. Below, we present several possible solutions, along with a brief explanation.

Tracing Matte Line Painting Spray

Convenient 750ml sprays, available in 6 colors, allow for quick line marking. A free system trolley . Spray Tracing for less demanding jobs or in situations where, for example, production cannot be interrupted and a quick line repainting is needed. Light traffic is possible after just 20 minutes. It can be used indoors and outdoors.

Tracing PLUS Glossy Line Painting Spray

TRACING PLUS creates a glossy coating and offers high resistance to dirt. It is particularly suitable for marking lines on floors inside factories, logistics warehouses, etc. Thanks to its NSF certification, TRACING PLUS can be used in rooms where food products are stored or produced (registration number: 149448; Code P1). It allows for durable and economical marking, especially indoors. A line marking system trolley .

Bandax quick-drying road paint

Bandax paint is a product similar in quality to Hard Hat sprays, but comes in a traditional can, suitable for application by brush, roller, or spray. The paint film is passable in just 11 minutes. It can be used indoors and outdoors. For hand application, we recommend a nylon roller or a Vernit brush.

Neopox Special concrete paint

Neopox Special two-component epoxy paint , for interior use (epoxy paint coatings are not UV-resistant). Recommended for use in high-traffic halls, such as those used by forklifts. The paint is resistant to many chemicals and to washing. Apply two coats, 24 hours apart. Full mechanical and chemical cure of epoxy coatings takes 7 days. A separate primer is not required – the first coat is diluted 8% and the second coat 4% with epoxy thinner . For manual application, we recommend a velour roller or a Vernit (solvent-resistant).

Neodur Fast Track quick-drying floor

Neodur Fast Track is a two-component polyurea coating . It can be used both indoors and outdoors. This innovative system allows for a full coating to be applied and ready for use within 24 hours. For applications on concrete, Neodur Fast Track PR . After 3 hours, apply the first coat, and after another 3 hours, apply the second coat. Pedestrians can walk on the floor 3 hours after the last coat. After 24 hours, heavy traffic can be allowed. We recommend short-nap velour roller

Prices quoted are for application on porous concrete substrates. For application on very smooth substrates (tiles, glossy concrete, etc.), RO3333 .
