Painting lines – description of various solutions

Painting lines on communication routes helps organize traffic and ensure users' safety. Lines can be drawn in several ways, depending on the load they will be exposed to, how much time is needed to complete them and what budget we plan to allocate for them. Below we present several possible solutions with a short explanation.

Tracing matte line painting spray

Easy-to-use sprays with a capacity of 750 ml, available in 6 colors. They allow you to quickly paint lines. When purchasing sprays, you can borrow a system trolley free of charge . Spray Tracing for undemanding work or in situations where, for example, production cannot be interrupted and the line needs to be quickly repainted. Light traffic is possible after just 20 minutes. Can be used indoors and outdoors.

Tracing PLUS glossy line painting spray

Thanks to the fact that it creates a glossy coating, TRACING PLUS Particularly suitable for painting lines on floors inside factories, logistic warehouses, etc. Thanks to the NSF certification, TRACING PLUS paint can be used in rooms where food products are stored or produced (registration number: 149448; Code P1). It allows for permanent and economical marking, especially indoors. When purchasing sprays, you can rent a system trolley for painting lines .

Bandax quick-drying road paint

Bandax paint is a product similar in quality to Hard Hat sprays, but it is a paint in a traditional can, to be applied by brush, roller or spray. The paint is passable after just 11 minutes. Can be used indoors and outdoors. For manual application, we recommend a nylon roller or Vernit brush.

Neopox Special concrete paint

Neopox Special epoxy paint , for indoor use (epoxy paint coatings are not resistant to UV radiation). We recommend it for use in halls with heavy traffic, e.g. forklifts. The paint is resistant to many chemicals and washing. The paint is applied in two layers, 24 hours apart. Full mechanical and chemical hardening of epoxy coatings takes 7 days. It does not require the use of a separate primer - the first layer is diluted with 8% and the second with 4% with a thinner for epoxy products . For manual application, we recommend a velor roller or Vernit (solvent resistant).

Neodur Fast Track fast-drying floor

Neodur Fast Track two-component polyurea coating . It can be used both indoors and outdoors. This is an innovative system in which a full coating can be made and put into use within 24 hours. In case of application on concrete, first apply Neodur Fast Track PR . After 3 hours, start applying the first layer, after another 3 hours you can apply the second layer. Pedestrians can move on the floor 3 hours after the last layer. After 24 hours, heavy traffic can be allowed on the floor. For application, we recommend a velvet roller with short pile.

The prices given are for applications on porous concrete substrates. In case of application on very smooth surfaces (tiles, shiny concrete, etc.), RO3333 .
