When it comes time to renovate the stove, grill elements or radiators, in addition to the decorative effect, the main determinant in choosing the right product is its resistance to increased temperatures.

The heat-resistant paints offered by TrokenTech are also characterized by excellent hiding power and high mechanical and chemical resistance. They contain anti-corrosion pigments and are suitable for painting stoves, grill elements, radiators, boilers, fireplaces, engines, exhaust pipes, and other applications, as well as for the renovation and maintenance of all types of equipment exposed to high temperatures. Heat-resistant paint is an excellent way to protect metal surfaces from heat. Before purchasing, check the temperature range for which the product provides protection. The stated temperature indicates protection in a dry environment.

Temperature resistance up to 200°C – ALKYTHANE 7500-200, a heat-resistant paint in many colors

Alkythane 7500-200 is a heat-resistant topcoat up to 200°C , containing anti-corrosive pigments, and is chromate- and lead-free. Based on a urethane-modified alkyd resin, it provides improved resistance to UV radiation and cracking. It dries well at low temperatures and can be applied from +5°C. It creates a glossy, high-durability coating that is resistant to mold and algae.

The product's greatest advantage, besides its heat resistance, is that it can be tinted in any color from the RAL color chart (colors are custom-made for each customer). The enamel is a single-component product, so it only needs to be mixed well before use, and then applied immediately by roller, brush, or spray.

The full system, i.e. Alfakor-FP 200 primer + Alkythane 7500 enamel, will provide adequate chemical and heat-resistant protection on steel surfaces in medium industrial conditions.

Paints resistant to temperatures up to 500°C – TELSIL 500 is a heat-resistant anti-corrosion paint

Telsil 500 is a heat-resistant, high-temperature, anti-corrosion paint that can be applied to steel and aluminum substrates. It is resistant to continuous temperatures up to 500°C.

This product is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use (on covered surfaces). Spray-applied, it creates an excellent, anti-corrosion protective coating on surfaces such as grills, pipelines, furnace doors, boilers, ventilation systems, tanks, and machinery. The paint has a matte finish and is available in black or silver. The painted surface is touch-dry in just 2 hours and fully hardens in just 24 hours (after heating to 200°C).

Heat resistance up to 750°C – HARD HAT HEAT RESISTANT is a paint for grills and more

If you're wondering what to paint your grill with, Hard Hat Heat Resistant is another product that excels in hot environments. It provides short-term protection up to 750°C (1300°F) in dry heat, and withstands temperatures exceeding 600°C (1112°F) in continuous heat.

It can be applied to new, clean or sandblasted steel surfaces or to pre-treated surfaces, e.g.:

  • exhaust pipes,
  • boiler room equipment,
  • grates,
  • grills,
  • fireplaces,
  • radiators.

This product is primarily intended for minor maintenance and repairs, as it is not suitable for spray application. The paint is available in 2.5L and 0.75L containers – designed for brush application – as well as in spray – a significant convenience when applying the product in hard-to-reach areas or when a completely smooth finish is desired. Hard Hat Heat Resistant Grill Paint is suitable for indoor or sheltered use and is available in two colors – black and aluminum.

Resistance up to 800°C – HEAT RESISTANT clear heat-resistant varnish

Heat Resistant Clear Coat is designed to protect surfaces exposed to very high temperatures . The coat is resistant to gasoline, chemicals, and weathering. It maintains its heat-resistant properties up to 800°C. It requires no priming, and the best results are achieved on bare metal. Heat Resistant exhibits excellent adhesion. Thanks to its "mirror-effect" coating, it is ideal for renovating chrome surfaces.

The product is quick-drying, but remember to heat the varnish to 160°C an hour after application to fully harden the coating.

What paint to use for a radiator?

We also offer a product designed primarily for painting radiators and protecting heating system components. Eko-Radiator is an easy-to-apply, odorless paint that is resistant to temperatures up to 100°C. For protective, decorative, and renovation purposes, the paint can also be applied to other metal surfaces. It also works well on wood and wood-based materials. Eko-Radiator is a perfect finishing coat, even on

  • plaster,
  • concrete,
  • and plasterboard

Please remember to properly prime the wall to be painted beforehand.

Before applying high-temperature paints

Remember that for any high-temperature paint to perform optimally in demanding conditions, proper substrate preparation is essential. It's crucial to choose the recommended tools for application, adhere to drying times, and pre-cure the coating if necessary. All necessary information is included in the product data sheets, which are available under each product description on our website. We also encourage you to contact our technical advisors, who will answer any additional questions regarding the proper protection of each surface.
