When it comes time to renovate the stove, grill elements or radiators, in addition to the decorative effect, the main determinant in choosing the right product is its resistance to increased temperatures.

The heat-resistant products that you will find in the TrokenTech offer are additionally characterized by excellent hiding power and high mechanical and chemical resistance. They contain anti-corrosion pigments and are suitable for painting, among others. stoves, grill elements, radiators, boilers, fireplaces, engines, exhaust pipes, but also renovation and maintenance of all types of devices related to high temperatures. Heat-resistant paint is an excellent way to protect metal surfaces against heat. Before purchasing, pay attention to how many degrees Celsius a given product provides protection. The specified temperature indicates protection in a dry environment.

Temperature resistance up to 200°C - ALKYTHANE 7500-200, i.e. heat-resistant paint in many colors

Alkythane 7500-200 is a topcoat, heat-resistant up to 200°C , containing anti-corrosion pigments, and free from chromates and lead. As a product based on alkyd resin modified with urethane, it provides better resistance to UV radiation and cracks. It dries well at low temperatures and can be applied from +5°C. Creates a high-strength glossy coating that is resistant to mold and algae.

The greatest advantage of the product, apart from its heat resistance, is the possibility of dyeing it in any color from the RAL color palette (the colors are always produced according to the customer's order). The enamel is a one-component product, so before use it only needs to be mixed well and you can immediately apply it with a roller, brush or spray.

The full system, i.e. Alfakor-FP 200 primer + Alkythane 7500 enamel, will provide appropriate chemical and heat-resistant protection on steel surfaces in medium industrial conditions.

Paints resistant to temperatures up to 500°C - TELSIL 500 is a heat-resistant anti-corrosion paint

Telsil 500 is a heat-resistant, high-temperature and anti-corrosion paint that can be used on steel and aluminum substrates. It is resistant to continuous temperatures up to 500°C.

The product is intended for indoor and outdoor use (on roofed surfaces). When applied by spraying, it creates an excellent, anti-corrosion protective coating on, for example, grills, pipelines, furnace doors, boilers, ventilation, tanks and machines. The paint has a matte finish and is available in black or silver. The painted coating is touch dry after just 2 hours, and fully hardens after 24 hours (after heating to 200°).

Temperature resistance up to 750°C - HARD HAT HEAT RESISTANT is a paint for barbecues and more

If you are wondering what to paint your grill, Hard Hat Heat Resistant is another product that will work perfectly in a hot environment. It provides short-term protection up to 750°C in dry heat, and at constant temperature it is resistant to over 600°C.

It can be used on new, clean or sandblasted steel surfaces or on surfaces after preliminary treatment, e.g. for:

  • exhaust pipes,
  • boiler room equipment,
  • grates,
  • grills,
  • fireplaces,
  • radiators.

The product is intended primarily for minor maintenance and repair work as it is not suitable for spray application. The paint is available in 2.5l and 0.75l packages - intended for brush application, as well as in a spray - which is a significant convenience when we need to apply the product in hard-to-reach places or when we expect a completely smooth coating. Hard Hat Heat Resistant grill paint is a product for use in indoor or sheltered environments and is available in two colors - black and aluminum.

Resistance up to 800°C – HEAT RESISTANT colorless heat-resistant varnish

Colorless Heat Resistant varnish is intended for protecting surfaces exposed to very high temperatures . The varnish is resistant to gasoline, chemicals and weather conditions. Maintains heat-resistant properties up to 800°C. It does not require priming and the best results are achieved on bare metal. Heat Resistant shows excellent adhesion. Thanks to the coating that creates a "mirror effect", the varnish is perfect for renovating chrome surfaces.

The product dries quickly, but remember to heat the varnish to 160°C one hour after application to fully harden the coating.

What paint to choose for the radiator?

We also offer a product intended mainly for painting radiators and protecting heating system elements. Eco-Radiator is an easy-to-apply, odorless paint, heat-resistant up to 100°C. For protective, decorative and renovation purposes, the paint can also be applied to other metal surfaces. It will also work on wood and wood-based materials. Eco-Radiator will work well as a finishing coating even on

  • plaster,
  • concrete,
  • and plasterboard

Please remember to properly prime the painted wall beforehand.

Before applying high-temperature paints

Remember that for each high-temperature paint to perform optimally in demanding conditions, proper preparation of the substrate is necessary. It is important to choose the recommended tools for applying the product, maintaining drying times and heating the coating if necessary. All necessary information is included in the product technical data sheets, which are available under each product description on our website. We also invite you to contact our technical advisors who will answer any additional questions regarding the appropriate protection of each surface.
