NEOPROOF PU W-40 polyurethane liquid roof waterproofing membrane

Neoproof PU W-40 polyurethane roofing membrane is a waterproofing coating for roofs covered with felt, used when the highest mechanical strength and exceptional watertightness are required. It creates a membrane that is impermeable to moisture, resistant to UV radiation, and mechanical stress. There's no need to remove the old felt, nor the costs associated with its removal and disposal – simply apply the flexible membrane over the felt, creating a uniform, seamless coating.

System primers depending on the type of substrate:

• PAPA, CONCRETE, CLOSED-CELL PU FOAM, STYROFOAM - the substrate should be primed with Revinex diluted with water in the ratio Revinex: water = 1: 4, in order to close the pores, improve the properties of the substrate, better adhesion and higher efficiency.
• BLACK STEEL - the substrate should be primed with Neotex Metal Primer . Neodur Metalforce rust remover 4-6 hours (+25°C) before priming .
• GALVANIZED STEEL AND NON-FERROUS METALS - the substrate should be primed with Neotex Inox Primer or Vinyfix Primer .
• POLISHED CONCRETE (GLOSS, NON-ABSORBENT SUBSTRATES) - the substrate should be primed with Super Binder RO3333.

All the above-mentioned primers should be used in accordance with their technical data sheets. If there are cracks larger than 1.5 mm on the surface or if we want to extend the durability of our coating, it can be reinforced with Neotextile . Jointex flexible acrylic mass .
