METAKOR water-based acrylic primer
Metakor is a modern, water-based anti-corrosion primer that dries quickly in the air and has good adhesion to metal substrates.
Metakor anti-corrosive acrylic primer
- Water-soluble single-component primer,
- The coating is smooth, matte, with excellent adhesion to the substrate,
- It is characterized by good mechanical strength and resistance to corrosive environmental factors, including water and salt mist,
- Contains active anti-corrosion pigments and corrosion inhibitors,
- It has a passivating effect on the substrate and protects iron alloys against corrosion,
- The paint is characterized by negligible harmfulness to the human body and the environment and is non-flammable - a water-based product,
- It has a PZH certificate - intended for painting metal surfaces inside and outside residential and commercial buildings, including food industry facilities (without direct contact with food and water intended for consumption).
Metakor - application
- For priming steel and cast iron in anti-corrosion protection (steel structures in general and industrial construction, machines, equipment, storage tanks, support columns, fences, chassis and car body elements),
- For priming objects made of aluminum, copper and their alloys,
- As temporary protection, for the period of transport and assembly of the structure and for ongoing anti-corrosion protection of sandblasted surfaces in field conditions.
Preparation of the surface for painting and application
- Surfaces to be painted should be dry, degreased, e.g. with Emulsol RN-1 , and free of foreign contaminants,
- As an anti-corrosion primer for acrylic paints eco-Lowicyn , eco-Lowicyn for patinating , eco-Stolmal, eco-Radiator.
