Epoxol Floor is a two-component, solvent-free, self-leveling epoxy resin. It creates an aesthetically pleasing finish while protecting the floor from mechanical and chemical factors. It leaves the floor easily cleanable and smooth. It is certified for food contact, making it suitable for use in food production and processing facilities, restaurants, breweries, and more.
White RAL9003 and grey RAL7040 are ready-made, standard colors at a lower price. Other colors are custom-tinted to each customer's order, so we do not ship this product cash on delivery. Epoxol Primer SF-P - solvent-free (low-odor) primer. Can be applied to dry, cured concrete (minimum 28 days old). Epoxol Floor can be applied after 24 hours.
Epoxol Primer - solvent-based primer. The cheapest primer for concrete. Can be applied to dry, cured concrete (minimum 28 days old). Epoxol Floor can be applied after 24 hours.
Neopox Primer WS - solvent-free (low-odor) primer for fresh and/or damp concrete. Concrete must be at least 14 days old.
Neopox Primer AY - solvent-free (low-odor) primer used when capillary moisture is rising from the ground (lack of insulation or poorly installed insulation under the floor).
Neodur Fast Track PR - fast-drying, solvent-based polyurea primer. It can be applied to dry, cured concrete (minimum 28 days). Epoxol Floor can be applied after just 2 hours.
Neodur Primer SF - a quick-drying, solvent-free (low-odor) polyurea primer. It can be applied to dry, cured concrete (minimum 28 days). Epoxol Floor can be applied after just 3 hours.
Super Spoiwo RO3333 - applied to tiles (note the depth of the joints - the maximum thickness of the Epoxol Floor layer in a single application is 3mm). We recommend solvent-free primers especially in situations where other people are in the building during the work and the absence of solvent odor is important.
The product can be used in various proportions with fine quartz sand to achieve different properties. Epoxol Floor can also be used as a floor paint and applied by roller.

Once the primer has dried, you can begin applying the screed. Combine components A and B, mixing thoroughly and maintaining the correct mixing ratio. Epoxol Floor must be thoroughly mixed using a low-speed electric mixer , ensuring the components are evenly mixed along the sides and bottom of the container. Once components A and B are thoroughly mixed, gradually add fine 0.1-0.5 mm quartz sand, continuing mixing for 3-5 minutes. Mix until a uniform mixture is achieved. Then pour onto the floor and spread to the required thickness (1 to 3 mm) with a notched trowel . After spreading the screed, de-aerate it with a spiked roller . Fill any gaps in the substrate with Epoxol Putty Neodur FT Putty fast-drying polyurea putty (recoatable after 2 hours). Wall/floor joints and expansion joints can be filled with Neotex PU Joint (applied last, to the screed after it has dried). The floor can be additionally surface-sealed with Neodur Varnish . Epoxol Floor is a two-component product (the price is for a complete set, i.e., a base coat and a hardener).
