Neodur Fast Track PR fast-drying primer is an innovative hybrid primer, a combination of polyurethane and polyurea. The primer is used under Neodur Fast Track .
Floors and walls (factories, warehouses, hypermarkets, parking lots, garages, slaughterhouses, hospitals, schools) that will be coated with Neodur Fast Track. Also used to stabilize old cement substrates (anti-dust properties) and improve the adhesion of sealants.
Substrate preparation: the substrate must be porous, of good quality, dry, free from dust, dirt and oily stains.
Application: Apply Neodur Fast Track PR primer undiluted, or diluted with Neotex PU 0413 solvent up to 3% (in case of high application temperatures). Components A and B should be thoroughly mixed in their containers before combining. Combine the components according to the provided ratio and mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes using a mixer at medium speed (300 rpm). Be sure to mix the product thoroughly, including the walls and bottom. Pour the entire product onto the floor and spread with velour roller . After 3 hours, apply the first coat of Neodur Fast Track .
