Neodur Fast Track is an innovative, quick-drying polyurea/polyaspragine flooring system. Perfect covering resin with high solids content. Enables the application of the full system ( primer + 2 layers) within 8 hours. Pedestrian traffic can resume just 2 hours after application, and heavy equipment traffic can resume after 24 hours. In practice, this means that the entire project can be completed and put into operation within one day. POROUS CONCRETE: Neodur Fast Track PR system polyurea primer . After 2 hours, apply the first layer of Neodur Fast Track.
FRESH OR DAMP CONCRETE: Use Neopox Primer WS . Concrete must be at least 2 weeks old. Moisture in concrete cannot result from capillary rising of moisture from the ground, but from, for example, rainfall or frequent cleaning procedures and the inability to dry the substrate. The first topcoat can be applied after 24 hours.
CAPILLARY CONCRETE, FROM GROUND: Neopox Primer AY epoxy primer . The first topcoat can be applied after 24 hours.
TILES, GLOSS POLISHED CONCRETE: In the case of non-absorbent substrates, use Super Binder RO3333 . The first topcoat can be applied after 24 hours.
METAL SUBSTRATES: Apply one layer of Neopox Primer 815 diluted 8-10% with Neotex 1021 to protect against corrosion. The first topcoat can be applied after 24 hours.
Anti-slip floor: immediately after applying the first layer of Neodur Fast Track, sprinkle the surface evenly with quartz sand with a maximum grain size of 0.1-0.5 mm. The use of sand with larger grain granulation will create a coating with stronger anti-slip properties. After 3 hours, vacuum up excess sand and apply another layer. The consumption of Neodur Fast Track will be 0.5 kg/m 2 .
