Fast-drying, one-component, water-based aliphatic polyurethane waterproofing coating for roofs, with high resistance to early rain and extremely low temperatures down to -30°C. It dries very quickly, allowing re-coating in just 3 hours, making it easier to complete the waterproofing system in one day. It is resistant to early rain just 1 hour after application. It creates a moisture-impermeable membrane with high resistance to UV radiation and mechanical stress.
The Neoproof PU FAST-30 waterproofing roof membrane has certified sun-reflecting and "cool roof" (Cool Material) properties.
Neoproof PU FAST -30 waterproofing roof membrane - scope of applications:
- Concrete roofs, cement roof tiles, mosaics, cement screeds, bituminous roofing
- Roofs on which water ponds form, as well as roofs with a slope
- Metal roofs, after applying an appropriate primer
- New or old acrylic or polyurethane coatings
- As a protective layer for PUR foam
- Styrofoam/styrodur
The above surfaces require appropriate preparation and priming before applying Neoproof® PU Fast-30.

System primers depending on the type of substrate:
- PAPA, CONCRETE, CLOSED-CELL PU FOAM, STYROFOAM - the substrate should be primed with Revinex diluted with water in the ratio Revinex: water = 1: 4, in order to close the pores, improve the properties of the substrate, better adhesion and higher efficiency.
- BLACK STEEL - the substrate should be primed with Neotex Metal Primer . Neodur Metalforce rust remover 4-6 hours (+25°C) before priming .
- GALVANIZED STEEL AND NON-FERROUS METALS - the substrate should be primed with Neotex Inox Primer or Vinyfix Primer .
All the above-mentioned primers should be used in accordance with their technical data sheets. If there are cracks larger than 1.5 mm on the surface or if we want to extend the durability of our coating, it can be reinforced with Neotextile . Jointex flexible acrylic mass .
Liquid polyurethane roofing membrane
If you need effective roof waterproofing , a liquid membrane will work perfectly. You can use it on roofs covered with felt, metal roofs, concrete flat roofs and cement tiles. This is a great solution for surfaces exposed to standing water - the created coating is seamless and does not allow moisture to pass through. Check out the characteristics of liquid polyurethane membranes and find out where they are worth using!
Liquid membranes for roofing felt made of felt – the most important properties
By choosing liquid roofing membranes , you gain:
- seamless coating resistant to water stagnation,
- resistance to UV radiation and atmospheric factors,
- possibility of application in cloudy weather - UV rays are not needed for hardening, as it takes place by evaporation,
- ease of application – the liquid roofing membrane is applied with a roller,
- no need to tear off the old roofing felt - you save on disposal costs!
Where will you use the liquid outer membrane?
The offered liquid roofing felt membrane will also work well on metal roofs - after using an appropriate primer, roofs covered with ceramic tiles and concrete roofs. You can also use it for waterproofing closed-cell PUR foam and polystyrene.
Liquid polyurethane membrane – use it in your project!
the liquid roof membrane is also mechanically durable. It is a single-component water-based product - safe for the environment and easy to apply.
