Neopox W Plus is an easily cleanable epoxy coating suitable for floors and walls in factories, food production and processing plants, slaughterhouses, breweries, wineries, and more. The product is water-soluble, solvent-free (0% VOC), and benzyl alcohol-free. Recommended for use wherever solvent vapors are undesirable. The coating is resistant to water, alkalis, detergents, diluted acids, and solvents.
White RAL9003 and light grey RAL7035 are ready-made, standard colours at a lower price.
Colors are always dyed to order, so we do not ship cash on delivery. Payment by bank transfer or PayU will be available in the order summary.

Substrate preparation:
• Concrete and mineral substrates – use water-soluble epoxy primer Acqua Primer
• Tiles, very smooth, non-porous, polished concrete RO3333 adhesive primer

Once the primer has dried, apply Neopox W Plus using a roller, brush, or spray. Thoroughly combine components A and B in the appropriate proportions. Mix with a low-speed mixer to avoid entrapping air. Ensure thorough mixing along the walls and bottom. Mix for 3-5 minutes. Dilute 10-15% (by weight) with tap water.
Comments:
• Low temperature and high air humidity during application extend the drying time
. • Surfaces previously painted with epoxy paints should be sanded before applying Neopox W Plus to ensure good adhesion.
• Apply the second coat within 36 hours of applying the first. Otherwise, the coating should be sanded.
