Neopox SF PLUS is a two-component product based on selected resins and solvent-free hardeners. It has excellent resistance to abrasion and yellowing, exceptional mechanical and chemical resistance (to alkalis, diluted acids, water, oils, solvents; chemical resistance table in the product technical data sheet). The high mechanical resistance of the coating results from the possibility of applying the epoxy in thick layers - the thickness of one layer is up to 190 microns dry when applied with a roller.

Conditions when applying Neopox SF Plus:

• minimum temperature during application 12°C,
• the substrate temperature must be at least 3°C ​​above the dew point to avoid the risk of water vapor condensation on the surface,
• apply immediately after mixing the two ingredients to avoid polymerization of the product in the container,
• Before application, the substrate must be properly prepared: cleaned, primed.
• repainting a freshly painted surface should be done within 48 hours, otherwise the surface must be sanded to avoid problems with the adhesion of the second coat.
