Neopox Primer BM is a specially created epoxy primer for all bituminous substrates, especially bituminous felt with or without sprinkles.
It is an excellent bonding bridge for solvent-based waterproofing membranes such as Neoroof Polyurea R and Neoroof Polyurea C1 .

Mix components A and B in the appropriate proportion by weight for 3 to 5 minutes with a low-speed mechanical mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then apply in one layer with a roller or brush.
