LATEX LX AG latex paint with silver ions

Latex LX Ag is a water-soluble latex paint intended for painting walls and ceilings in rooms particularly exposed to dirt and therefore often requiring washing, e.g. in public and catering facilities, but also for rooms exposed to frequent contact with moisture, such as bathrooms, swimming pools , kitchens and for use in places where exceptional cleanliness, hygiene and security are required, e.g. in hospitals and other health care facilities, in the food and pharmaceutical industries, etc. The paint contains silver nanoparticles, thanks to which it has bactericidal and fungicidal properties.

Bactericidal paints with silver ions

• The coatings are characterized by high resistance to scrubbing and abrasion as well as cleaning with standard disinfectants and detergents,
• Properly selected ingredients make the applied coatings highly resistant to all types of microorganisms (colonies of bacteria and fungi),
• It retains its protective properties for many years of use,
• The paint contains silver nanoparticles, which give the product additional bactericidal and fungicidal properties,
• It gives a waterproof, satin, very well-covering, high-durability coating on various building materials, such as: mineral plasters (gypsum, cement, cement-lime, silicate) and polymer plasters (e.g. acrylic), bricks, concrete, wood-based materials, gypsum boards -cardboard, fiberglass and paper wallpapers, including the so-called rauhphase,
• It can also be used for painting facades and other outdoor surfaces exposed to the destructive effects of weather conditions,
• It has the NIZP-PZH Hygienic Certificate (intended for use in construction for painting walls and ceilings inside residential, public, health care, warehouse and production rooms, including the food industry).

Latex LX - substrate preparation

• The surface to be painted should be thoroughly cleaned, remove loose patches of paint, degrease,
• Old adhesive and lime paint coatings must be removed. Fresh cement-lime plaster can be painted no earlier than 3-4 weeks after application,
• Matte smooth surfaces with sandpaper,
• Biel-Putz or Filler acrylic putty , larger gaps inside - with plaster, outside - with cement mortar,
• Raw, dusty, inconsistent or excessively water-absorbing substrates should be primed with Sil-Grunt .

The standard color of the paint is white, but at the customer's request we can produce a custom color according to the RAL or NCS palette. Please contact us for a color quote.
