Kryptanate 100 LV polyaspartic flooring resin

Kryptanate 100 LV is a polyaspartic resin that falls between standard polyurea-based systems and those based on polyurethane. All thanks to extending the working time of the finished product to such an extent that it is suitable for manual application. At the same time, the curing time is short, which is much shorter than traditional polyurethane-based products. It is a transparent resin that can be used to seal resin coatings consisting of Troken Stone or decorative flakes .

Kryptanate 100 LV – properties:

Excellent resistance: the Kryptanate 100 LV product has excellent resistance to many chemicals, including traditional fuels, aviation fuel and concentrated alkalis. It can therefore be used in places where such conditions prevail, e.g. in garages. The full list of resistances can be found in the product technical data sheet. Additionally, the product is highly resistant to weather and temperature conditions, so it can be used in cold stores.

Speed ​​of application: the layer is dry to the touch after 1 hour at 25 ^o C! Additionally, you can apply up to 200 g/m ² in one layer, which significantly shortens the application process.

UV resistance: the aliphatic structure of the resin translates into its resistance to UV rays and sunlight, so it does not turn yellow.

High adhesion: Kryptanate 100 LV binds perfectly to concrete. Additionally, the product has anti-corrosion properties on metal surfaces.

Cleanliness: easy to keep clean with traditional water washing.

Substrate preparation

1. Substrate requirements:

• The substrate should have a compressive resistance of at least 25 MPa and a tensile resistance of at least 1.5 MPa;
• Clean, free from water and other contaminants;
• Permissible humidity – up to 4%;
• The ideal substrate temperature during application should be between 10 ^° C and 25 ^° C;
• If higher moisture is suspected deep in the substrate, it is necessary to use an appropriate primer;
• Fresh concrete substrates should be seasoned for at least 3 weeks.
• The substrate should be absorbent and have a slightly rough structure, which will increase the adhesion of the finished product.

2. Priming:

• In order to ensure adequate strengthening of the substrate, it is recommended to use solvent-based primers, e.g. Epoxol ^® Primer .
• If the moisture in the concrete exceeds 4%, it is recommended to use Neopox ^® Primer WS or Neopox ^® Primer AY if capillary action occurs.
• Before applying the appropriate layer of Kryptanate 100 LV, it is necessary to wait the time specified in the technical data sheet of the primer used.

Preparation of the Kryptanate 100 LV product:

• The Kryptanate 100 LV product is delivered in sets of 5 and 14 kg for the uncolored version and 15 kg for the pigmented version.
• To avoid aerating the product, mix component A using a low-speed mixer for about a minute or until the fillers are fully dissolved.
• Measure the appropriate amount of component A into another container and then add the appropriate amount of component B to it. Mix everything with a low-speed mixer for about 2 minutes. It is recommended to prepare the ready mixture for about 15 minutes of work in order to reduce subsequent potential losses resulting from the product hardening in the container.

Kryptanate 100 LV application:

• Previously prepared Kryptanate 100 LV can be applied with a roller or brush up to 200 g/m ² in one layer. It is recommended to use 1 to 3 layers.
• For safety reasons, airless spray is not recommended.
