TELPUR T 300 industrial polyurethane enamel
Telpur T 300 is an industrial polyurethane enamel with a high-gloss coating. The paint, despite its glossy finish, can be successfully applied using hydrodynamic spraying - the coating does not gas and does not create "craters". Thanks to the long open time of the coating, the paint mist falling has a chance to melt into the coating, creating a highly aesthetic finish. Also available in a matte version. The color is each time dyed specifically to the customer's order, therefore we do not send this product on delivery. When summarizing the order, you can pay via PayU or traditional transfer.
Telpur T 300 - available packaging, colors
Telpur T 300 is available in a matte (op. 11 kg) or shiny (op. 9.5 kg). The price and size of the packaging applies to the set (base + hardener). Sample prices and colors to choose from are visible on the website. If you need a different color according to the Ral palette, contact us at biuro@trokentech.pl , we will value it for you. Check the illustrative RAL color template . RAL9006 and RAL9007 are metallic colors (light and dark aluminum).
Telpur T 300 - properties and application
The paint can be applied as a topcoat wherever high demands are made in difficult conditions and in various environments. The coating is resistant to weather conditions, yellowing, does not chalk or lose color. It is also resistant to many chemicals, moisture and mechanical wear.

The paint can be used outdoors and indoors in areas with high corrosion loads such as chemical plants, rolling mills, industrial zones, trains, machinery components, pipes, sheets and steel structures.

Mixing proportions
The paint is a two-component product. The ingredients - base and hardener - must be mixed together before painting, maintaining the proportions. Hardening proportions:
- Gloss: Telpur T 300 base - 8 parts by weight: Telhard PUR hardener - 1.5 parts by weight.
- Mat: Telpur T 300 base - 10 parts by weight: Telhard PUR hardener - 1 part by weight.
The paint and hardener mixture should be used within 4 hours (20°C)
Painting
An example system built with Telpur T 300 topcoat:
- Apply 1-2 layers of epoxy primer with iron mica Telpox PM 150 or Telpox P 100 . Use the product in accordance with its technical data sheet.
- Apply 2-3 layers of Telpur T 300 topcoat, maintaining an interval of 24 hours (20°C) between subsequent coats.
We recommend using a systemic thinner .
