Neodur Fast Track is an innovative, fast-drying polyurea/polyaspartic flooring system. Its high-solids resin provides excellent coverage and allows for the full system ( primer + two coats) to be applied within 8 hours. Foot traffic can resume within 2 hours of application, and heavy equipment traffic after 24 hours. In practice, this means the entire project can be completed and put into service within 24 hours. Neodur Fast Track quick-drying floor - properties:

• quick-drying solvent-based polyurea/polyaspartic coating
• flexible coating resistant to UV radiation
• application of the first layer 2 hours after applying the Neodur Fast Track PR
• apply the second layer 3 hours after the first application (12°C)
• for light foot traffic, one layer is sufficient
• light pedestrian traffic allowed after 3 hours

• can be applied in colder conditions, hardens even at -10°C

Neodur Fast Track - system primers:

POROPIC CONCRETE: use the system polyurea primer Neodur Fast Track PR . After 2 hours, apply the first layer of Neodur Fast Track.

FRESH OR DAMP CONCRETE: Use Neopox Primer WS . The concrete must be at least 2 weeks old. Moisture in the concrete must not be caused by capillary moisture rising from the ground, but rather by, for example, rainfall or frequent cleaning and the substrate's inability to dry completely. The first topcoat can be applied after 24 hours.

CONCRETE RISING MOISTURE BY CAPILLARY SURFACE FROM GROUND: use Neopox Primer AY . The first topcoat can be applied after 24 hours.

TILES, GLOSS POLISHED CONCRETE: For non-absorbent substrates, use Super Spoiwo RO3333 . The first topcoat can be applied after 24 hours.

METAL SUBSTRATES: Apply one coat of Neopox Primer 815 diluted 8-10% with Neotex 1021 for corrosion protection. The first topcoat can be applied after 24 hours.

Anti-slip floor: Immediately after applying the first layer of Neodur Fast Track, sprinkle the surface evenly with quartz sand with a maximum grain size of 0.1-0.5 mm. Using sand with a larger grain size will create a coating with stronger anti-slip properties. After 3 hours, vacuum off excess sand and apply another layer. The total consumption of Neodur Fast Track will be 0.5 kg/ ^m² .
