A chemically resistant impregnation primer for use as a primer on concrete prior to painting with, among others, Wodnik . It creates a smooth, colorless, glossy coating with good adhesion on a cohesive substrate. The impregnation coating is resistant to water environments with a moderately acidic or alkaline pH. The impregnation is readily absorbed by mineral substrates, such as concrete and plasters (cement-lime plaster, polymer-cement mortars, etc.). It has binding properties, strengthening old, brittle mineral substrates. It reduces the surface absorbency of concrete and plaster, improves the adhesion of topcoat paint to the substrate, and significantly reduces its consumption.
