Polyurethane paints for metal

Polyurethane enamels are two-component products whose base is a mixture of pigments and fillers with the addition of auxiliary agents, and the second component is a hardener, i.e. a solution of aliphatic polyisocyanate. To create the appropriate substance, mix both enamel components in appropriate proportions immediately before painting. The resulting coating is smooth, resistant to scratches and resistant to atmospheric and chemical factors. It has very good adhesion to substrates made of iron, mineral (plaster, concrete, brick, etc.), wood, wood-like materials and plastics (except polyethylene and polypropylene).

Intended use of polyurethane paints for metal:

• steel structures to protect against corrosion,
• elements made of non-ferrous metals (e.g. machine parts) for protective and decorative purposes,
• mineral substrates (concrete, plasters, etc.) to protect against weather conditions and chemicals.

Surfaces to be painted should be dry, degreased and free from foreign contaminants.

INDUSTRIAL ENAMEL TELPUR T 300 (glossy) - is an industrial polyurethane enamel with a glossy finish and a matte version. Enamel paint can be applied using airless spray. TELPUR T 300 enamel is characterized by excellent chemical and weather resistance. The paint can be used indoors and outdoors in highly corrosive areas.

Polyurethane primer

Polyurethane primers are two-component substances based on acrylic resin hardened with aliphatic polyisocyanate and pigmented with anti-corrosion. They do not require additional priming of the substrate before painting. The ingredients - base and hardener - must be mixed together before painting, maintaining the appropriate proportions. Primers can be used on surfaces in construction, renovation of monuments and industry on iron and mineral surfaces (plaster, concrete, brick, etc.), wood, wood-like materials and plastics. They are characterized by excellent adhesion to the substrate, resistance to UV radiation, corrosion, atmospheric factors and chemicals.

Before painting, the surface should be clean, dry and free from any type of contamination such as fats, oils, salts, etc.
