ACQUA PRIMER water-soluble epoxy primer
Water-soluble Acqua Primer is an epoxy primer with high hardness and abrasion resistance. For use on floors and walls that will be covered with epoxy systems (e.g. Neopox W Plus ). It is used in factories, laboratories, garages, slaughterhouses, pantries, hospitals, schools, etc. Generally, for use wherever high chemical and mechanical resistance is required. It does not contain solvents, so it does not emit an unpleasant odor during application. Also for stabilizing old floors and as a primer for sealants (e.g. Neotex PU Joint ). It can be applied to damp concrete substrates.
Water-soluble Acqua Primer - substrate preparation:
The substrate should be free from dust, dirt, greasy and oily dirt. It should be sanded/sanded and then vacuumed. Imperfections should be evened out to reduce material consumption and improve adhesion.
Water-soluble Acqua Primer - application:
Dilute 5-10% with water, apply in 1 layer by spraying, roller or brush. Before application, mix components A and B thoroughly with a mixer at low speed (2-3 minutes). Acqua Primer is a two-component primer (the price is for the set, i.e. base with hardener). To make it easier to combine the ingredients, we recommend a cup for mixing paints and varnishes (also useful for dividing the paint into smaller portions).
