TELPUR S 210 E semi-matt polyurethane enamel

Telpur S 210 E is a polyurethane industrial enamel with a semi-matt finish. It is a topcoat for anti-corrosion painting systems, especially those used outdoors. Telpur S 210 E paint, in accordance with the European Technical Approval ETA-20/0957, can be used as a topcoat in a system for fire protection of steel structures together with the Flame Stal .

Telpur S 210 E is available in a semi-matt version (10.5 kg package). The price and package size refer to the set (base + hardener). Sample prices and colors to choose from are visible on the website. If you need a different color according to the RAL palette, contact us at biuro@trokentech.pl , we will quote it for you. You can check the RAL color sample here . RAL9006 and RAL9007 are metallic colors (light and dark aluminum). The color is each time dyed specifically to the customer's order, therefore we do not send this product on delivery. When summarizing the order, you can pay via PayU or traditional transfer.

The topcoat is used for painting surfaces where high demands are made in difficult weather conditions and in various environments. The coating is resistant to weather conditions, yellowing and chalking. Long-lasting colors. It is also resistant to various chemicals and moisture.

Mixing proportions

The paint is a two-component product. The ingredients - base and hardener - must be mixed together before painting, maintaining the proportions. Hardening proportions: Telpur S 210 E base - 10 parts by weight: Telhard PUR hardener - 0.5 parts by weight. The paint and hardener mixture should be used within 3 hours (20°C)

Substrate preparation

• For C2 and C3 corrosive environments, the substrate must be blast cleaned to Sa 2 ½.
• For a C1 corrosive environment, the substrate must be clean, dry and free from grease and rust, mechanically cleaned to St 2 - St 3.
• Galvanized surfaces should be cleaned with water with ammonia or water with detergent.
• Previously painted surfaces should be removed, cleaned and degreased.
• For cleaning the substrate, we recommend a water solution of Emulsol RN-1 .
• Neodur Metalforce rust remover 24 hours before painting .

Painting

An example system built with Telpur S 210 E topcoat:

• Apply 1-2 layers of Telpox PM 150 or Telpox P 100 . Use the product in accordance with its technical data sheet.
• Apply 2-3 layers of Telpur S 210 E topcoat, maintaining an interval of 24 hours (20°C) between subsequent coats.
