At TrokenTech, we prioritize strong collaboration—with our clients and within our team. We're looking for someone with experience in selling construction products who wants to expand their knowledge and support clients in selecting systems and materials.
This job includes both customer service and sales, as well as daily tasks related to the operation of the branch and its warehouse.
Your role
What will you be doing?
- Sales of specialized construction chemicals: roof waterproofing, resin flooring, anti-corrosion products and paints.
- Customer service at the branch, by telephone and email - along with technical advice on the selection of systems and materials.
- Managing a small warehouse at the branch: maintaining displays and stock levels, ordering products from the central warehouse, issuing goods, and receiving and unloading deliveries.
- Product preparation: mixing and tinting paints according to procedures.
- Fiscal services and sales documentation for customers.
- Actively recruiting construction contractors for cooperation.
- Co-organization of product training for contractors.
Your experience
Who are we looking for?
- People with commercial experience in the construction industry - preferably in the sale of construction materials or chemicals and in cooperation with construction contractors.
- A person who knows consultative selling: is able to examine the customer's needs and tailor the solution to their requirements.
Knowledge of surface waterproofing, resin flooring, or more broadly, construction chemicals is desirable . Experience in recruiting contractors is also an asset
