Your scope of responsibilities:

• Sales of specialist construction chemicals, including: roof waterproofing, resin flooring, anti-corrosion products and paints,
• Incoming customer service - by email, telephone and in person at the branch (service includes technical advice on the selection of systems and materials),
• Managing a small warehouse at the branch, including maintaining the appearance of displays, stock levels (orders from the central warehouse), issuing goods to customers, preparing products (mixing and tinting paints in accordance with procedures), receiving and unloading deliveries,
• Full fiscal service and issuing sales documents for customers,
• Active acquisition of construction contractors,
• Co-organization of product training for contractors.

Our requirements:

• Commercial experience in the construction industry – preferably in the trade of construction materials and the sale of construction chemicals (in particular in cooperation with construction contractors),
• Experience in consultative sales, based on needs analysis and tailoring solutions to customer requirements,
• Knowledge of the surface waterproofing or resin flooring industry and experience in recruiting contractors from the construction industry is desirable,
• Knowledge of the construction chemicals industry will be an additional advantage.
