At TrokenTech, we place great emphasis on sharing our knowledge and experience with contractors and all those interested in resins.

We regularly organize training events, such as theoretical and practical courses, aimed at professionals specializing in resin flooring and the application of waterproofing materials on roofs and terraces. Our training is tailored to both experienced professionals and those just starting out in the industry. The theoretical portion allows participants to gain the knowledge necessary to assess the construction situation and select the appropriate system based on the investor's needs. The practical portion provides the opportunity to experience working with resin firsthand, learning its properties, such as consistency, working time, application techniques, and flow, which are crucial in everyday work.

1. Who is the training intended for?

The training is aimed at resin flooring contractors and companies specializing in the application of liquid waterproofing membranes on various types of roofs, including those covered with felt or PUR foam. The training program is also dedicated to those planning to launch a business in these services, providing them with a solid theoretical and practical foundation.

2. Do I have to be a client of the company to participate in the training?

Participation in the training does not require being a current TrokenTech customer. Our offer is open to anyone who wants to expand their knowledge of resin systems and establish a partnership with a distributor who thoroughly understands the specifics of their services.

3. How can I sign up for training?

To register for a training session, select the appropriate event in the "Buy Training" tab and pay the initial fee of PLN 150. If no training session is currently advertised, simply complete the registration form available in the "Trainings" tab on our website. Registered participants will be notified in advance of the upcoming training session. The schedule of upcoming events is announced at least several weeks in advance.

4. Is the training paid?

Training sessions for contractors organized by TrokenTech are fee-based, with the cost of participation being PLN 150 gross per person for one training day. If you participate in two training sessions, you will be charged separately for each session. 

5. Where do the training courses take place?

All training courses for contractors organized by TrokenTech take place in our branches located in various cities, including Wrocław, Gdańsk, Katowice, Warsaw and Poznań. 

6. Will I receive a certificate after completing the training? 

Each training participant receives a certificate of completion, which is presented at the end of the training day, both in the case of waterproofing and flooring systems training. 

7. How long does one training session last?

Each training day lasts 3 to 4 hours, depending on the participants' commitment, covering both theoretical and practical components. Coffee breaks are included during each training session. 

8. Can I register several employees from my company for the same training? 

Of course, you can register multiple employees for the same training, but each person must pay a fee of PLN 80 net. When completing the form, please list all participants in the "name and surname" field, separated by a comma. 

9. What topics are covered during training?

Training topics vary depending on whether they focus on flooring systems or waterproofing. For flooring systems, special attention is paid to preparing the concrete substrate for resin application, the surface priming process, and the differences between different resin types. Waterproofing training, on the other hand, focuses on an overview of the most commonly used methods, their strengths and weaknesses, the benefits of using liquid waterproofing membranes, as well as technical parameters and the application process. All topics discussed are then practiced by participants, enabling direct application of the acquired knowledge. 

10. Do you offer training tailored to individual needs?

Yes, we offer customized training. If a specific project requires specialized training, simply contact us. Our sales representative, in collaboration with our technology department, will prepare a training program tailored to the specific needs of the project. We can also conduct training on-site to maximize our offerings to the project's requirements. 

11. Do you offer training at my company's premises?

Yes, we offer on-site training. Simply contact a TrokenTech representative who will discuss the details and propose the best solution tailored to your company's needs. 

12. How often are training sessions organized? 

Training sessions are held regularly in spring and autumn/winter, but summer sessions can also be arranged upon prior arrangement. We encourage you to register using our year-round form available in the "Trainings" tab. If there is a high level of interest, we will arrange additional dates. For information about upcoming training sessions, please contact TrokenTech representatives directly; they will be happy to provide detailed information. 

13. What happens if I cannot attend the training I have registered for?

If the training fee has been paid, absences must be reported no later than three days before the scheduled training date. Otherwise, the fee is non-refundable. If payment has not been made, there are no consequences for non-attendance.
