Professional acrylic putty

• Contains water-based acrylic dispersion, natural mineral fillers and refining agents,
• It can be easily spread on large surfaces, creating a smooth, hard, sandable layer,
• Compared to gypsum plasters, it has: better adhesion to smooth surfaces, greater resistance to mechanical damage and provides wider possibilities in choosing the topcoat,
• It is not a stand-alone coating, surfaces covered with a layer of putty should be painted with an appropriate topcoat before being put into service,
• Layer thickness 1-3 mm,
• Grain size 0-60 μm,
• It has a Hygiene Certificate of the National Institute of Public Health - National Institute of Hygiene (the product is intended for filling surfaces and cracks outside buildings and inside residential, public, health service, storage and production premises, including the food industry - without direct contact with food).

Professional acrylic putty - substrate preparation

• The surface to be filled should be thoroughly cleaned, loose paint and wallpaper removed, degreased and dusted,
• Fresh cement-lime plaster can be filled only after 3-4 weeks of seasoning,
• Metal surfaces should be primed with anti-corrosion paint,
• Apply the mass to the prepared surface with a spatula or a masonry trowel,
• After drying, sand with sandpaper,
• All types of primers and emulsion, oil and phthalic paints can be applied to a thoroughly dried and dust-free layer - it provides good adhesion for most topcoats, e.g. Biellux , Bielanit , Latex Mat , Latex Ceramic , etc.
