TELKYD S 200 TM quick-drying alkyd
Telkyd S 200 TM is a quick-drying alkyd primer with a semi-matt finish, for industrial applications. Thanks to its very quick drying time, it is ideal for painting works in construction factories. The product is a primer enamel, which means it does not require the use of an anti-corrosion primer - it contains anti-corrosion pigments.
Telkyd S 200 TM is available in a semi-matt version (10 kg pack). Sample prices and colors to choose from are visible on the website. If you need a different color according to the RAL palette, contact us at biuro@trokentech.pl , we will quote it for you. You can check the RAL color sample here . RAL9006 and RAL9007 are metallic colors (light and dark aluminum). The color is each time dyed specifically to the customer's order, therefore we do not send this product on delivery. When summarizing the order, you can pay via PayU or traditional transfer.
Quick-drying paints for metal
- excellent adhesion to steel surfaces,

- the minimum painting temperature is 5°C.

Outdoor and indoor areas with moderate corrosion (laundries, basements, industrial areas, workshops), transport containers, metal and steel structures, fences, garages and metal gates, small metal objects.

Substrate preparation
- for C2 and C3 corrosive environments, the substrate must be blast cleaned to Sa 2 ½
- for a C1 corrosive environment, the substrate must be clean, dry and free from grease and rust, mechanically cleaned to St 2 - St 3
- on previously painted surfaces, remove old coatings, clean and degrease (e.g. with a water solution of Emulsol RN-1 )
- Neodur Metalforce rust remover 24 hours before painting .
Painting
- Apply 1-2 layers of Telkyd S 200 TM paint so that the dry coating thickness is not less than 80 μm. If necessary, apply additional layers after 24 hours. drying the previous layer or the so-called wet-on-wet system after evaporation of the diluents in individual layers (after 30 minutes, but no later than 2 hours).
Quick-drying paint for metal
It allows you to achieve the third degree of dryness in even 4 hours. Quick-drying anti-corrosion protection for environments with corrosivity categories C1, C2 and C3.
