TELKYD S 200 TM quick-drying alkyd
Telkyd S 200 TM is a fast-drying alkyd primer-finish with a semi-matt finish for industrial applications. Its very fast drying time makes it ideal for painting jobs in construction factories. The product is a primer-finish, meaning it does not require the use of an anti-corrosion primer – it contains anti-corrosion pigments.
Telkyd S 200 TM is available in a semi-matt finish (10 kg pack). Sample prices and available colors are available on the website. If you require a different color from the RAL palette, please contact us at biuro@trokentech.pl and we will provide a quote. See the RAL color chart . RAL9006 and RAL9007 are metallic colors (light and dark aluminum). Each color is custom-colored to the customer's specifications, so we do not ship this product cash on delivery. Payment can be made via PayU or by traditional bank transfer at checkout.

Preparation of the substrate
- for C2 and C3 corrosive environments, the substrate must be cleaned by abrasive blasting to Sa 2 ½
- for a C1 corrosive environment, the substrate must be clean, dry and free of grease and rust, mechanically cleaned to the degree of St 2 - St 3
- on previously painted surfaces, old coatings should be removed, cleaned and degreased (e.g. with an aqueous solution of Emulsol RN-1 )
- Neodur Metalforce rust remover 24 hours before painting .
Painting
- Apply 1-2 coats of Telkyd S 200 TM paint to a dry film thickness of at least 80 μm. If necessary, apply additional coats after the previous coat has dried for 24 hours or using the "wet-on-wet" system after the solvents in individual coats have evaporated (after 30 minutes, but no later than 2 hours).
Quick-drying paint for metal
Achieves a third degree of dryness in as little as 4 hours. Fast-drying anti-corrosion protection for environments with corrosivity categories C1, C2, and C3.
