NOXYDE anti-corrosion elastomer for C5

Noxyde is a one-component, water-soluble, elastomeric anti-corrosion paint. It provides excellent anti-corrosion protection for objects such as bridges, metal roofs, metal facades, and steel structures. Withstands highly corrosive environments, including industrial and marine (classes C5-I and C5-M). Perfect for use in industrial areas. Elastomeric anti-corrosion paint

Based on dispersed multi-chain acrylic polymers. After application, it creates a thick (300 microns dry in two layers), rubbery, waterproof membrane. This paint can be painted directly onto rust, without sandblasting, which greatly reduces the costs of surface preparation. Therefore, in the case of renovation, Noxyde is both an extremely durable and economical anti-corrosion agent. The coating formed during oxidation is one-component and does not require priming. Very good adhesion of Noxyde paint also allows painting straight onto a seasoned, galvanized surface, while maintaining all protective properties of the coating. The minimum durability of a properly applied coating is 10 years . After this period, the surface must maintain practically unchanged parameters. It is known from practice that the durability of the coating is even several times greater. The coating is impermeable to water and air and very resistant to weather conditions, mechanical damage, chemical exposure and UV radiation. Being impermeable to water, Noxyde protects the surface and does not allow rust to develop.

Flexibility

Noxyde is characterized by excellent elasticity (>200%), preventing cracking and peeling of the coating on metal surfaces exposed to stretching, shrinking, shifting and mechanical impacts. Perfect for securing ropes, bolts, screws, nuts and protective sheets.

Adhesion

Even when the coating is cut, Noxyde's excellent adhesion to the substrate prevents any type of under-coating corrosion at the cut site. Corrosion is not able to develop

Excellent edge coverage

Corrosion usually starts on the outer edges, where there is minimum paint thickness. Test trials showed 100% coverage on rounded edges and 41% coverage on right-angled edges. Noxyde is ideal as an anti-corrosion agent for car chassis exposed to aggressive chemical agents and mechanical damage. It is also suitable for anti-corrosion protection of vehicle load-bearing elements such as frames, loading boxes or truck sides. The paint is applied by airless spray. When applied with a brush, they remain gray. This is due to the high density of the paint. The coating does not lose its properties, but is not decorative.
