Neotex offers three types of liquid waterproofing membranes: the Neoroof acrylic membrane , the Neoproof PU W-40 polyurethane membrane , and cold-applied polyurea membranes . All of these products boast very long durability periods – from 11 to over 25 years! This wide range of products with excellent mechanical properties allows you to protect a variety of substrates and choose the right solution for the most demanding projects.
Neotex liquid membranes have undergone rigorous testing in an aging chamber, where they were subjected to UVB radiation, water spraying, and condensation. Thanks to this, and thanks to our long-standing presence in markets across various climate zones, you can be sure your roof will be perfectly protected.
In addition to liquid roofing membranes, another important line of Neotex products is flooring resins . Here, you'll find not only traditional epoxy and polyurethane resins, but also innovative, fast-drying polyurea resins from the Neodur Fast Track line. Neotex ® BM-Alu Tape is a self-adhesive, bituminous, elastomer-based sealing tape reinforced with a polyester layer for waterproofing systems. It is designed to seal pipes, chimneys, supports, felt sheets, sheet metal instead of Neotextile tape, and other structural details on various substrates. It is available in two colors: silver and brick red.
Neodur ® CM is a three-component, self-leveling system based on polyurethane and cement. A solution designed for floors exposed to high chemical and mechanical stress, including those in the food industry and laboratories.

Neoroof liquid membrane has a European Technical Assessment (ETA 24/1246) and is classified in the highest durability class W3 (according to EAD 030350-00-0402), which confirms its expected service life of up to 25 years in a reinforced system (1.2 mm) .
Single-component roof waterproofing for cold application. Recommended for roofs covered with felt , concrete flat roofs, and metal roofs. Resistant to UV and mechanical loads. Creates a smooth, uniform waterproofing layer without joints, resistant to a wide temperature range from -40°C to +80°C . It has solar reflective and "cool roof" properties, confirmed by the Cool Material certificate (white).
