Neodur Special Mat is a solvent-based aliphatic flooring resin. It creates a highly durable and aesthetically pleasing surface with a matte finish. The product is available in a variety of colors and can be tinted to any RAL color.
The color is custom-made for each customer, so we do not ship this product cash on delivery. Payment can be made via PayU or traditional bank transfer at checkout.
The product may be applied in wet conditions if there is rainfall and humid conditions during the application or resin curing period.
Neodur Special Mat resin can be combined with various types of additives that allow you to achieve an anti-slip effect on floors.
After priming and applying the first layer of resin (diluted 5% w/w with Neotex PU 0413 solvent ), spread quartz sand to saturate the fresh layer of Neodur Special Mat resin. Allow to dry, then vacuum up any loose sand grains. Then, seal the surface with diluted Neodur Special Mat resin, applying one or two layers, depending on the desired slip resistance.
Once the primer has dried, apply Neodur Special Mat using a roller, brush, or airless spray. While mixing the final layer of the system, add the Neotex Antyskid M anti-slip additive and mix thoroughly at low speed with an electric mixer. Then, apply the resin to the surface using a roller or brush.
