Neodur Special Mat is a solvent-based aliphatic flooring resin. Creates a highly durable and aesthetic surface with a matte finish. The product is available in various colors and can be dyed in any color from the RAL color palette.
The color is each time dyed specifically to the customer's order, therefore we do not send this product on delivery. When summarizing the order, you can pay via PayU or traditional transfer.
The product may be applied in humid conditions if there is rainfall and humid conditions during the application or curing period of the resin.
Neodur Special Mat resin can be combined with various types of additives that allow for obtaining an anti-slip effect on floors.
After priming and applying the first layer of resin (diluted 5% w/w with Neotex PU 0413 solvent ), sprinkle quartz sand until saturated on the fresh layer of Neodur Special Mat resin. Leave to dry and then remove any loose sand grains with a vacuum cleaner. Then seal the surface with diluted Neodur Special Mat resin applied in 1 or 2 layers depending on the desired slip resistance.
After the primer has dried, apply Neodur Special Mat using a roller, brush or airless spray. During the mixing process of the last layer of the system, add the anti-slip additive Neotex Antyskid M and mix thoroughly at low speed with an electric mixer. Then apply the resin to the surface using a roller or brush.
