Marketing Specialist

What you will do, or what the role looks like in practice:

• Create and develop brand communication - from social media to offline activities.
• Manage content on the website and ensure its visibility.
• Plan and implement mailing campaigns and analyze their effectiveness.
• Create materials (also "in the field") and supervise their publication.
• Create and coordinate sales support materials (catalogs, leaflets, etc.).
• Ensure consistency of brand communication at every point of contact with the customer.
• Work closely with marketing, sales and technology departments.
• Draw conclusions from data and translate them into specific actions.
• Develop creativity in finding effective ways to reach potential customers.

Who are we looking for? Not a perfect CV, but someone who:

• He thinks in marketing terms, but understands business.
• Able to work independently with good work organization and takes responsibility for projects.
• He is not afraid to go outside the office, sometimes marketing happens on the construction site.
• Combines creativity with an analytical approach.
• He knows SEO issues and is comfortable with the world of marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, MailerLite, PrestaShop, Canva).
• He is fed up with "empty marketing" without any impact on the result.
