Information clause

transferred in execution of the obligations provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ( hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

1. The administrator of your personal data processed in connection with business relations binding the parties, which may be the conclusion and implementation of a contract or sending an offer, or for the purpose of recruitment, is TrokenTech Sp. z o. o. with its registered office at ul. Bardzka 60, 50-517 Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as ADO). 2. PDC allows contact by e-mail: biuro@trockentech.pl, by telephone: (+48) 717 026 346, by post: ul. Bardzka 60, 50-517 Wrocław.

3. If you did not provide your personal data directly to the PDC, your personal data were transferred to the PDC by the entity on whose behalf you act or by the entity that provided the PDC with your personal data as necessary for concluding and implementing a contract for this entity or for the purpose of carrying out business activities between the parties. Your personal data may also be obtained by the PDC from other publicly available sources, e.g. databases and registers: CEIDG, KRS. From other sources, PDC obtains the following categories of personal data (name, surname, name), identification data (Tax Identification Number, REGON) and contact details (address, telephone number, e-mail).

4. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:

a) consent of the data subject, including sending offers and marketing information, processing of job candidate data during future recruitment (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR),
b ) performance of the contract or taking action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
c) legal obligation of the PDC related to specific provisions (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
d) legally justified interest of the Personal Data Protection Office, in order to implement business relations between the parties or in connection with the establishment, pursuit or defense of claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

5. Your personal data are processed in connection with the content sent (submitted) in the form of an electronic message (i.e. e-mail) and, depending on the subject of the received message, we process your personal data for the following purposes :

a) responses to the correspondence received from you, including answers to questions asked and provision of information requested by you, and in order to further handle correspondence with you,
b) settling the matter with which you You are asking the PDC to
c) recruit job candidates,
d) conclude and implement the contract or take action before concluding it.

6. Your personal data may also be used for direct marketing purposes or to pursue or defend against claims - within the legally permitted and justified interest of the PDC.

7. The following categories of personal data will be processed:

a) basic data, such as name and surname, for identification purposes,
b) contact details to enable contact by traditional mail, telephone or e-mail, i.e. telephone number, company address or correspondence address e-mail address,
c) other data such as position and company data,
d) data on identification numbers for precise identification,
e) and candidate data necessary to carry out the recruitment process in accordance with Art. 221 §1 of the Labor Code.

8. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to conduct correspondence with you on a given topic, and after that time for the period required by the obligations imposed on the PDC by legal provisions.

9. Personal data processed for the purpose of concluding and implementing the contract will be stored during the term of the contract and after its termination for the period required by law, i.e. no longer than 6 years after the end of such cooperation, however, after the expiry of the contract or termination of cooperation, processing will only be archival and tax purposes and pursuing possible claims.

10. Personal data processed for recruitment purposes will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process and for a period of 6 months from the end of the recruitment process for the purposes of pursuing claims. If you consent to future recruitment, up to 12 months from providing your data.

11. Personal data processed on the basis of consent will be stored until you withdraw your consent or until the purpose of processing ceases.

12. Personal data may be disclosed to persons authorized by the PDC, entities providing services to the PDC, including technical and organizational services, e-mail services, as well as other entities/persons/bodies to the extent and under the terms specified by law.

13. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.

14. You have the right to request access to your personal data and the right to rectify it.

15. If your data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw it. Just send this information to the e-mail address: biuro@trockentech.pl . Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

16. In cases specified by law, you have the right to request the deletion of personal data, the right to limit the processing of personal data, the right to transfer personal data, and the right to object to the processing of personal data.

17. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data if you believe that the PDC has violated the provisions on the protection of personal data.

18. Personal data will not be used for automated decision-making regarding you, including profiling.

19. Due to the fact that your personal data will be processed by the ADO for purposes arising from the legally justified interest of the ADO, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data for the above-mentioned purpose for reasons related to your special situation.
