POLYURETHANE ENAMEL FOR GENERAL USE

This general-purpose polyurethane enamel is designed for topcoating steel and cast iron structures, non-ferrous metals, as well as concrete, plaster, wood, and plastics, including supporting structures, tanks, machine components, equipment, chemical equipment, and cast iron bathtubs. It is a two-component product.

Two-component general purpose polyurethane enamel - properties

• Creates smooth, covering, hard, scratch-resistant coatings,
• Good adhesion to substrates: iron alloys, non-ferrous metals, mineral materials (plaster, concrete, brick, ceramic tiles, etc.), wood and wood-based materials and plastics (except polyethylene and polypropylene),
• Enamel coatings are resistant to moisture, oils, greases, solvent vapors, liquid fuels, aqueous solutions of acids, alkalis and salts, and are highly resistant to atmospheric factors,
• Can be used in rural, urban, industrial and coastal environments, in dry and humid atmospheres,
• It has a PZH certificate - the product is intended for use in construction outside buildings and in industry for painting steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, wood, plaster, concrete (excluding internal surfaces in the food and pharmaceutical industries).

Designed for topcoating

• steel and cast iron structures to protect against corrosion,
• non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper and their alloys and galvanized surfaces) for protective and decorative purposes,
• concrete, plaster, wood and plastic substrates to protect them against the harmful effects of destructive factors.

Preparation of the surface for painting and application

• The surfaces to be painted should be dry, degreased with e.g. Emulsol RN-1 and free from foreign contaminants,
• To protect imperfectly cleaned areas against corrosion before painting, the surface should be treated with Top-Kor ,
• No primer is required - the enamel has anti-corrosive properties, so it can be used alone or optionally in a set with a suitable primer (e.g. in epoxy-polyurethane systems with Feg-C or Feg-B ),
• Polyurethane enamel is a two-component paint, so it's necessary to mix component A (base) with component B (hardener) in the appropriate proportions. To make this easier, we recommend using a mixing cup for paints and varnishes .
