ALKYTHANE 7500-200°C heat-resistant enamel in many colors

Alkythane 7500-200°C Multi-Color Heat-Resistant Enamel is a urethane-modified alkyd resin-based topcoat that dries well at low temperatures and offers high durability . It provides heat resistance up to 200°C. Steel surfaces should be primed with Alfakor FP 200 . Colors are custom-made, so we do not ship cash on delivery. Color groups

The paint is colored according to the RAL color chart . When ordering, please select the appropriate color group and provide the specific RAL color in the order notes.

Alkythane 7500-200°C - properties

• The product contains anti-corrosion pigments and is free from chromates and lead,
• The coating is resistant to mold and algae,
• Wide range of colors,
• High gloss finish,
• Easy to apply - brush, roller, spray,
• The urethane formula provides better resistance to UV radiation and cracking,
• Can be applied at temperatures above 5°C and relative humidity below 85%,
• Resistance to high temperatures, up to 200°C (in a dry environment), at higher temperatures discoloration may occur,
• Provides adequate protection in medium industrial conditions when applied to properly primed surfaces,
• Maximum layer thickness per coating: 80μm dry layer, equivalent to 150μm wet layer
