GALVA ZINC ALU RO1017 metallic galvanized

Galva Zinc Alu RO1017 is a quick-drying, zinc-rich material based on epoxy ester resin. It contains pure zinc and aluminum pigment, creating a delicately shimmering metallic finish. It provides cathodic surface protection. The product is brush-applied and comes in a traditional can. It is also available in a zinc spray .

• Withstands 340 hours of salt spray test,
• Thermal resistance up to 100°C,
• Touch dry after 3 hours (at 20°C),

• It can be used as a single coating in light industrial conditions, in corrosive and highly humid environments.

Surface preparation

Remove grease, oil, and other surface contaminants with alkali solutions or high-pressure steam, using appropriate detergents, such as Emulsol RN-1 . The surface should be clean and dry before application. The product is also available in a spray can, RO2117 . For higher zinc content, we offer cold galvanizing galvanization with 90% zinc content, available in a spray can, RO2185 and brushable can, RO1085 . The coating is gray and matte.
