GALVA EXPRESSE RO2180 quick-drying zinc spray
Galva Expresse RO2180 is a quick-drying, high-zinc spray based on styrene-acrylic resin. This product contains pure zinc as a pigment and provides excellent corrosion protection.
Galva Expresse RO2180 Quick-Drying Zinc Spray
- matte gray finish
- touch dry after 10 minutes, ready for use after 30 minutes, repaintable within 1 hour (at 20°C)
- for use on black or galvanized steel, corrosion-free
- the coating withstands 400 hours of salt spray test (according to DIN 50021 SS)
- thermal resistance up to 350°C
- ideal for manufacturing and repair work, e.g. on construction sites
Galva Expresse RO2180 quick-drying zinc primer should be used on new, clean steel or galvanized steel. Designed for small surfaces, filling zinc coating gaps, and for finishing work. It can be overcoated with non-saponifiable coatings. Use as a primer or as a finishing coat in mildly corrosive industrial environments.
